We provide a wide range of small home repair, maintenance, and safety services designed to help senior citizens live comfortably and securely at home. Our services include everyday fixes around the house, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance and furniture support, home safety improvements, seasonal maintenance, pest control, HVAC upkeep, electronics and smart home setup, security upgrades, and vacation check-in services, such as mail pickup and home monitoring.
What if I need work beyond your scope of services?
If a project requires a licensed specialist—such as an electrician or plumber—we can help coordinate the work for you. We’ll connect you with a trusted, properly licensed professional, assist with scheduling, and help ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction.
Do you offer memberships or one-time services?
Mr. Fix Senior offers both membership plans and pay-as-you-go services, so you can choose the option that works best for your household.
Our membership plans are as low as $59/month and provide scheduled visits throughout the year, along with added benefits such as Home Safety Audits, priority scheduling, remote phone support, and up to 35% savings compared to standard pay-as-you-go rates. Many clients choose a membership because it helps address small repairs before they become larger problems.
If you’re not ready for a membership plan, you can still book us anytime for pay-as-you-go handyman services. We’re happy to help with one-time repairs or occasional maintenance whenever you need it.
How much do your services cost?
The cost will depends on the type of work required and the amount of time needed to complete the job. We offer both membership plans for ongoing support and pay-as-you-go service visits for one-time repairs.
Memberships provide the best overall value and include scheduled visits plus additional benefits such as service discounts and priority scheduling.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, cheque, pre-authorized payments, e-transfers, and cash. You will receive an itemized invoice with every payment.
How do I schedule a service visit?
Simply call us and let us know what you need help with—we’ll take care of the rest and find a time that works for you. As a member, you’ll also enjoy priority scheduling and discounted rates.
How do you track & report what you do on each visit?
Each visit comes with a fully itemized invoice and service summary that details hours worked, tasks completed, and recommendations for future visits.
Can I trust the handyperson coming to my home?
Absolutely! Every Mr. Fix Senior handyman and handywoman is insured and has passed a vulnerable sector police background check. We hire with a senior-first mindset and carefully select friendly, reliable, and skilled individuals who receive specialized training to understand the unique safety and comfort needs of older adults.
Where is Mr. Fix Senior located?
Mr. Fix Senior is a fully mobile service, so we come directly to you rather than operating from a storefront. This allows us to focus on providing reliable, high-quality service across York Region and the surrounding GTA. Our mailing address (19-13085 Yonge Street, Suite 125, Richmond Hill, ON L4E 0K2) is listed for business correspondence and transparency.
What cities do you service?
We currently serve Aurora, King City, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Stouffville, and Vaughan. If you live outside of York Region but within the Greater Toronto Area, give us a call — we may still be able to accommodate your request.
